The Summit announces the opening of a Full-Time Medical Receptionist/Customer Service Representative (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, completing notes and tasks within the EHR, and providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Candidates must be able to multi-task and have excellent customer service skills. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs. Medical office, medical terminology and electronic medical records system experience preferred. Minimum of one (1) year customer service and/or receptionist experience is preferred. Salary range is DOQ and includes a generous benefits package.
