The Summit announces the opening of a full-time Customer Service Representative position. This position serves as the primary point of contact and communication for patients to our office. This full-time position requires candidates to have a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and interface with a variety of office and medical software systems. Previous work experience in a medical facility is a plus. The Customer Service Representative must be have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service and protecting patient privacy. Salary range is dependent of experience and includes an excellent benefits package.
