Youth Training
Ages 8-12
Our youth training programs are designed to: 1) Develop athletic base of coordination, balance, and overall body weight strength and control; 2) Learn and practice proper techniques of athletic movements (running, cutting, jumping, etc); 3) Learn and practice proper free weight lifting techniques.
45 minute Open Group “Strength, Speed and Agility” Class
This class develops the total athlete by training all areas necessary to perform most explosive sports that involve sprinting, jumping, and multi-directional athletic movements (basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, baseball, track, etc). We offer year round offerings at selected times, with 2 or 3 week contracts or 10 prepay sessions. Choice level 1 merchandise with purchase. Includes power testing and national ranking, goal setting, and customized take home workout.
1 hour Private Sessions
1 hour private sessions fully customized to the individual’s abilities, sports, and needs. 2 or 3 week contracts or 10 prepay sessions. Full athletic evaluation including power testing and national ranking, goal setting, and customized take home workout. Choice level 2 merchandise with purchase.
Student Athlete Training
Ages 13-21
Our student athlete training programs are designed to: 1) Develop base of coordination, balance, and overall body weight strength and control; 2) Movement based development; 3) Speed and acceleration development; 4) Perform technically sound multi-directional sport specific movements at high rates of speed; 5) Learn and practice proper free weight lifting techniques.
1 hour Open Group “Strength, Speed and Agility” Class

Youth and Student Athlete Camps
Summer Camps
Monday through Thursday on the first week of June and last week of July and occasional offerings throughout the school year. Power testing and national ranking included.
Preseason Camps
Monday through Thursday the week prior to winter and spring season opening practice days. Power testing and national ranking included.
College and Elite Athlete Training
Ages 18+
1 hour Private sessions
Sessions fully customized to the individual’s abilities, sports, and needs. 2 or 3 week monthly contracts or 10 prepay sessions available. Full athletic evaluation including power testing and national ranking, goal setting, and customized take home workouts. Choice level 2 merchandise with purchase.
Return to Sport Student Athlete Training
Ages 8-21
1 hour Private sessions
Sessions fully customized to the individual’s abilities, sports, and needs. Open communication with PT’s, account for Doctor’s limitations. 2 or 3 week monthly contracts or 10 prepay sessions available. Full athletic evaluation including power testing and national ranking, goal setting, and customized take home workouts. Choice level 2 merchandise with purchase.
Student Athlete Off-Site Camps/Clinics
Ages 8-21
Team Clinics
Single or multi-day strength and conditioning. Learning athletic movements and techniques specific to team sport and student ages and abilities. Customized pricing to suit.
School Camps
Learning general athletic movements and techniques customized to students’ ages and abilities. Customized pricing to suit.
PE Classes
Learning general athletic movements and techniques customized to students’ ages and abilities. 1 day of free classes per school.
Adult Athlete Training
Ages 21+
Our adult training programs are designed for: 1) Full fitness and sport specific evaluation; 2) Goal setting; 3) Develop proper base of strength, conditioning and flexibility; 4) Develop muscular balance / corrective exercises; 5) Develop sport specific strength and power.
1 hour Private sessions
2 or 3 week monthly contracts or 10 prepay sessions available. Full fitness and sport specific evaluation: Strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, percent body fat, sport specific power. Goal setting and customized take home workouts included. Choice level 2 merchandise with purchase.
Executive Personal Training
Ages 21+
Our executive personal training programs are designed for: 1) General programming specifics; 2) Develop proper base of strength, conditioning and flexibility; 3) Develop muscular balance / corrective exercises.
1 hour Private sessions
2 or 3 week monthly contracts or 10 prepay sessions available. Full fitness and sport specific evaluation: Strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, percent body fat. Goal setting and customized take home workouts included. Choice level 2 merchandise with purchase.
Return to Life Personal Training
Ages 21+
Our Return to Life training programs are designed to: 1) General programming specifics; 2) Strength and conditioning for post-injury/rehab patients; 3) Strength and condition body to reduce likelihood of injury re-occurance or related injuries; 4) Corrective exercises and muscle balance; 5) Open communication with PT’s; 6) Account for Doctor’s Limitations.
1 hour Private sessions
2 or 3 week monthly contracts or 10 prepay sessions available. Full fitness and sport specific evaluation: Strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, percent body fat. Goal setting and customized take home workouts included. Choice level 2 merchandise with purchase.
Home Strength Workouts
All ages
2 sessions plus take home workout. Full fitness and sport specific evaluation: Strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory fitness, percent body fat. Written workout including pictures and descriptions of exercises, with Follow up workout familiarization. Choice level 1 merchandise with purchase.
Group Classes
7am Saturday Workout Club
Ages 18+
High intensity total body workouts: Power Circuits, Resistance Training, Cardio blasts, Body Weight Strength, Core Strength. Take home workout lists included.
Endurance Training
Ages 21+
Our endurance training programs are designed for: 1) Online training using TrainingPeaks software; 2) Private consult, assessment and goal setting session; 3) Season race schedule planning; 4) Customized annual training plan designed around your time commitment.
Competition Package
Single sport training provided monthly, Multi-sport training provided monthly. Includes customized endurance plans to improve the quality and efficiency of your training. One time in-person consult for goal setting and evaluation of muscular strength and flexibilities. Season race schedule planning. Customized annual training plan designed around your time commitment. Monthly customized plans through TrainingPeaks. Intensity prescription as desired: heart rate, power, pace, perceived exertion. Workout reminder emails.
