Jill Sigsbee, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant supporting The Summit’s spine program through patient evaluation, care coordination, and pre- and post-operative spine care. With more than 20 years of clinical practice experience, Jill brings a broad background in spine care, orthopedic management, surgical assisting, oncology, urgent care, and rural health.

At Summit Spine, Jill works closely with patients throughout the care journey, helping with history and physical exams, diagnosis and treatment planning, diagnostic test ordering and interpretation, and follow-up care. Her role helps ensure patients receive coordinated support before and after spine procedures, as well as guidance when nonsurgical management is appropriate.

Jill earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Saint Louis University and her Bachelor of Science in Life Science from Kansas State University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, licensed in Kansas, and DEA licensed.

Her clinical experience includes spine program support, pre- and post-operative orthopedic and spine management, joint and trigger point injections, minor procedures, and surgical first assisting across multiple specialties, including spinal cases, oncology procedures, and obstetrics.

Jill helps guide spine patients through the many steps of evaluation, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Her broad clinical and surgical background allows her to support patients before and after procedures while helping keep their care organized, informed, and moving forward.
