Dr. Loewen started his academic career at Tabor College where he completed an undergraduate degree with a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science. The air capital city of Wichita was the next stop for Dr. Loewen as he enrolled in a Masters of Science program at Wichita State University. While at Wichita State, he completed his Masters degree with an emphasis in biology.

After graduating with a degree in Biochemistry from UC Davis, I chose Baylor College of Medicine among several options to pursue my medical degree. My focus on orthopedics continued, which resulted in being chosen for an orthopedic residency at the University of Kansas – Wichita program. After completing five years as a resident in orthopedic surgery, I accepted a fellowship position in sports medicine that included joint replacement under Wesley Nottage, M.D. in Laguna Hills, CA. In September of 1999, I came back to Kansas, where I started a private practice in orthopedic surgery here in Hutchinson.

Dr. Hentzen Page completed her residency at the Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education. In 1999, Dr. Hentzen Page helped establish The Woman’s Place, an all-female award winning gynecological practice. She is proud to call Hutchinson home and has been caring for patients at The Woman’s Place for nearly 20 years. Dr. Hentzen Page provides compassionate and comprehensive care to her patients. Away from the office, she is an avid runner and enjoys participating in races, triathlons, and other league sports throughout the year. She and her husband have seven children.

Following her residency, Hutchinson became home for Dr. Sawchak as she helped established The Woman’s Place, an all-female award winning gynecological practice. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and serves as a Fellow for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
